Registered Nurse

Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Clarksburg, WV (67 Casino Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26323)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation and weekend coverage
On-Call Requirement: At least one weekend per month
License Requirements: Active West Virginia RN License
Productivity Requirement: 30 points per week
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.54 per mile
Counties Covered: Harrison, Marion, Taylor, Upshur, Lewis, Doddridge, and Barbour

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care and case management services to patients in a home health setting. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Responsibilities include medication management, disease prevention, health maintenance, documentation, patient and caregiver education, supervision of nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory requirements. The RN will also facilitate communication during hospitalizations, coordinate follow-up care, and support health and safety training initiatives.
